Is a freelance writer specializing in sustainable food, the environment and community trends, with a focus on the Jewish community, women and family. She wrote a monthly column, “Capitol Schmoozing,” for the Washington Jewish Week and has contributed to approximately 20 national and regional newspapers, magazines, and blogs, including The Washington Post, Lilith, JTA, Na’amat Woman, Jewish Food Experience dot com, Kveller dot com, and The Jew & the Carrot.
She has a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Illinois, with concentrations in Political Science and History and a minor in Women’s Studies. Natasha lives in the Washington, DC area with her husband, son and daughter.
Her book Healthy Family, Healthy You is expected to be released in December 2014.
